N.B. The Rutgers Federalist is a free speech magazine which attempts to provide a forum for all voices to be heard. However, we must reserve the right to reject any piece in its entirety or any subset thereof deemed offensive to the community at large. Every attempt is made to contact authors if corrections are necessary prior to print. As always, the Federalist Society and/or its Rutgers-Newark chapter does not necessarily agree with the point-of-view or opinions expressed by individual authors; we merely provide a forum where there is none.
